Ryan Thomason has been a resident of San Marcos since 1983 and is a graduate of San Marcos High School. He attended Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1999 and a licensed real estate broker in 2001. With Ryan’s background in finance and natural inclination towards conservatism, he partnered with long-time friend Chris Wood with one goal in mind…build a house that represents utmost in quality and price.

 

Chris Wood, a native of San Marcos, graduated from San Marcos High School. He attended Southwest Texas State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science. He has worked in various areas of home building construction for nine years and has been involved in the construction of over 250 homes. Chris is known as a perfectionist and uses that gift to demand the finest quality in construction. His partnership with Ryan enables them to use their talents together to provide the finest construction at the most reasonable price.
